DuckyWorld has been toying with the idea of a large catnip toy for about a year now as they worked closely with Tammy Quist of The Wildcat Sanctuary. Upon seeing the first prototype she said, “this toy will give these cats some fun in their lives”.
The idea first came when Kevin Duck, the owner of DuckyWorld, wondered if large cats would be affected by Yeowww! brand catnip just like their household counterparts. “Customers around the world have raved about our catnip and stated it was the only catnip their cats would react to. I began to wonder how it would work on big cats. No one was manufacturing interactive toys for large cats, and so we wanted to make a toy that was fun, safe and a natural delivery system for catnip and food.”
