CHANGED YOUR MIND? ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM? NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

No problem! Return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days and we’ll gladly refund or exchange the item for you. Your choice! In the event an exchange cannot be made, we will credit your bank card for the purchase amount.


IF YOUR SHIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED:

Please notify us immediately via e-mail (click here) so we may contact the shipping carrier and ship a replacement.


IF AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE:

Before mailing the item back to us, please notify us via e-mail (click here) with details about the product concern. We will contact the manufacturer and inform you of the steps necessary to receive an exchange.
